Magda says: I have studied foreign languages including English, Spanish and Latin. Therefore, I know the joy, challenges and frustrations involved in acquiring a foreign language. My interests in languages have resulted in work as professional translator, holding a Master’s Degree in Translation Studies.
Magda’s current students say:
Wendy, Sunbury:
Class is always fun and interesting. We have all come such a long way since we started. We can hold a conversation in German now whereas we couldn’t when we first started. I feel comfortable, that when I next go to Germany that I could make myself understood and also understand those that I would have dealings with. I now know how to order a meal in a restaurant.
Judy, Sunbury
Magda is a lovely teacher. Her teaching style is different, but very effective, with much better results than other classes I have attended. Her emphasis is on spoken German and I can now follow conversations and feel I could cope on my own when I travel.
Julia, Sunbury
The German classes with Magda have really helped me with my understanding of the language. I travel regularly to Germany with my German husband and when I was there last year I found I had a better grasp of the language through the lessons. I highly recommend the classes… Magda makes the learning fun and it is a great language to learn!
Lyn, Sunbury
German classes with Magda have really helped my language skills. She takes time to make sure all students understand concepts and goes at the pace of the students. Classes are fun and spoken German is also encouraged, not just written.
